We started in Oct 2006 as Pro CADCAM Services., Our Services included 3d designing, Product designing Reverse Engineering, CAM programming upto 5 axes, 2d drafting, CNC machining and software training, Our Team consists of young and dynamic Engineers and Technicians.
The Team is lead by Prakash Shetty. Who has specialized in design and manufacturing. He has spent more than two decades in this field. He has gradually grown from manufacturing shopfloor to design and development. This gives him extra edge in taking any product from design to manufacturing. In the span of two decades he has worked for and assisted many organisations to develop and produce products with value. A Mechanical engineer by qualification, he has worked his initial years in Godrej & Boyce toolroom where he had exposure to Tool making technology and Aerospace Component manufacturing.He is opined that these years have contributed largely to his current expertise. Later He was one of the Founder of a design and manufacturing company named Integrated CADCAM Solutions in Mumbai. In period of seven years he leaded team of engineers providing to design and manufacturing using CADCAM Softwares for local and foreign customers,

PS tooling is also engaged in Precision component manufacturing using CNC milling and CNC lathe. We have manufactured Precision components for L&T Defence and Godrej Aerospace division. We also supplied Spare parts for production machines which would otherwise would are imported. Such spare parts are regularly supplied by us to ITC Bangalore and P&G hygiene Goa.

Pilot Tooling : We develop tooling with fast turnaround using Tool steel like P20 2311 or 2738. Quality parts can achieved for initial lot Such tools can give fast initially needed push to your products into Market. AÂ resonable amount of production quantity can be produced from these tools.
